JCPD seeks assistance in identifying armed robbery suspect

On Jan. 16, at 8:47 p.m., the Johnson City Police Department responded to an armed robbery at Roadrunner Market, 832 North State of Franklin Road. A male wearing a gray baseball cap, gray hooded sweatshirt, and gray shorts entered the store with his face covered by a white bandanna. He approached the counter and brandished a firearm, pointed it at the clerk and demanded everything in the register. He left the scene in a red Toyota T100 pickup. The male is believed to have a tattoo on the front of his right leg and tattoos on the tops of both hands.
