Century Link seeks nominations for Faith In The Future Awards

The 5th Annual Faith in the Future Awards are currently accepting nominations.
“CenturyLink wants to recognize businesses and individuals that demonstrate a commitment to the future of their business, their employees, their community, and the region”.
Businesses and individuals from Carter, Greene, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington (TN and VA) are invited to participate. An evaluation team reviews all nominations based on the criteria, choosing one winner per category.
Winners are recognized at a luncheon event where they receive a unique and prominent award to display at their business. Winners of this year and subsequent years are highlighted through social media, news media, and local Chambers.
Participating Chambers include: Bristol TN/VA Chamber of Commerce, Greene County Partnership, Johnson City, Jonesborough, Washington County, Elizabethton Carter County Chamber of Commerce, and the Unicoi County Chamber of Commerce.
Among the 2013 Faith in the Future Awards was Tennessee College of Applied Technology at Elizabethton.

The deadline to submit a nomination is Monday, Sept. 29. The Awards will be presented at a special luncheon on Nov. 13.
