Delays and closings for Thursday, Feb. 26

- Due to inclement weather, and for the safety of our customers and employees, all northeast Tennessee Bank of Tennessee, Carter County Bank and Mountain Community Bank locations will be opening at 10am today.
- Carter County Schools and Elizabethton City Schools are closed Thursday.
