• Alysha Vance, 24, 701 Allen Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Sarah Ellison and charged with public intoxication.
• James Sims, 54, 1263 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer James Holland charging him with shoplifting.
