• Joshua Stout, 27, 1277 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on charges of simple possession/casual exchange and possession of a legend drug without a prescription.
• Adam Ellison, 32, 743 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Tylor Johnson on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court.
• Phillip Grant, 39, 918 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sergeant Nick Andes on an outstanding warrant for theft over $1,000.
