• Richard Forrester Jr., 26, 207 Nanny Goat Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Chief Investigator Mike Little and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs for resale.
• Kimberly Munday, 24, 201 Dalewood Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Scott Peters, 31, 520 E. E St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with fourth offense violation of probation.
• Veronica Mocilan, 49, 823 Buck Mountain Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone and charged with domestic assault and vandalism.
• Jerry Lee Miller Jr., 28, 120 Mountain Hollow Court, Apt. D-4, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Kenneth Lowe and charged with aggravated child abuse.
• Tammy Webb, 45, 307 Orchard Road, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with driving under the influence.
• Joshua Branche, 36, 146 Blakemore Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Samuel Garrison, 26, 128 Garrison Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license and speeding. Officers also served Garrison with outstanding warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.
• Ronald Collins, 40, 124 Victory Lane, Lot 12, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by officers of the EPD and charged with simple possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, promotion of methamphetamine manufacture and evading arrest.
• Connie Collins, 38, 124 Victory Lane, Lot 12, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by officers of the EPD and charged with simple possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Niella Osborne, 28, 6 Trivette Concourse, Apt. 7, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by officers of the EPD and charged with simple possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Jonathan Goodwin, 37, 120 Hillside Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by officers of the EPD and charged with simple possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, 11th offense driving on a revoked license and speeding 20-plus miles per hour over limit.
