• Daniel Bruce Reed, 25, 199 Swimming Pool Road, Apt. 11, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Sal Caccamo on a bond revocation.
• Robert Rutledge, 54, 122 Wilson Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Matt Croy on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Norman Dean, 58, 701 Allen Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer John Bulla and charged with making non-emergency 911 calls.
