• Christopher Lynn Beach, 21, 279 Bulldog Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Johnny Dale Scott Sr., 58, 898 Smalling Road, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• James Donnelly, 107 Archway Court, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Kenneth Lowe and charged with public intoxication and on a warrant charging him with aggravated domestic assault.
