• Terry R. Street, 52, 777 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Shane Watson and charged with domestic assault.
• Clayburn Paul Jones, 42, 214 Rock House Road Apt. 12, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Sgt. Larry Vaughn on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Matthew Guy Rebuck, 42, 557 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
