Watauga Valley Art League members will exhibit their artwork in the Slocumb Galleries at East Tennessee State University from June 2 through June 27.
The exhibit is titled “Art From the Valley” and includes oil, pastel, watercolor, and mixed media paintings.
The public is invited to meet the artists and enjoy refreshments at a reception on Thursday, June 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. Most of the paintings are for sale at the reception or during open hours through June 27. Slocumb Galleries are open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and are located in Ball Hall on the ETSU campus in Johnson City.
