• Bryan Edwin Jones, 48, 1030 Broad St., Apt. 3, Bristol, Tenn., was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Capt. Jason Shaw and charged with driving under the influence.
• Richard Isaacs, 33, 1303 Spruce Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the implied consent law. He was also served with a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Douglas Martin Anderson, 47, 2403 Circleview, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Freeman on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Daniel Ray Napier, 22, 140 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Issac Rhea on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.
