• Leonard McCoy Arnold, 65, 539 Highway 91, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea on warrants charging him with three counts promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, initiation of process to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Paul Lester Wooten, 51, of Bristol, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant out of Criminal Court charging him with violation of probation.

• Whitney Taylor, 25, 2334 Eastside Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant out of Criminal Court charging her with violation of probation.

• Bobby Allmon, 29, 156 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant out of General Sessions Court charging him with violation of probation.

• Joseph Hatley, 24, 180 Little Ave., was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant out of Criminal Court charging him with violation of probation.

• Todd Bennett, 33, 2608 Old Lewis Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain on a warrant out of General Sessions Court charging him with violation of probation.

• Samantha Estep, 19, 117 Nannie Smith Road, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Jeffery Thurman on a warrant out of General Sessions Court charging her with violation of probation and a bench warrant out of Criminal Court.
