Brian David Garland, 39, passed away at Johnson City Medical Center on Monday, July 7, 2014.
Survivors include his mother, Teresa Garland of Ashland City, Tenn.; father, Ronald Garland of Columbia, Tenn.; one sister, Kelli Garland-Presnell of Elizabethton; one nephew, Rylan Peters of Elizabethton; two sons, Logan Walker and Tanner Walker, Thompsons Station, Tenn.; two close friends, Paul Reinhardt and Chris Rodgers, Jonesborough, Tenn.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 11, at Skyline Heights Baptist Church, 1601 Skyline Drive, Johnson City, Tenn., at 10 a.m.
