• Barry Gray, 47, 1010 S. Second St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Joshua Johnson, 29, 452 Sugar Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Billy Harrell on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Michael Morris, 33, 431 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier on warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Elene L. Mayse, 31, 711 W. H St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Cpt. Michael Little on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Jeffrey Palmer, 34, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
