Harper Elizabeth Collake, daughter of Justin and Tracey Collake, Elizabethton, celebrated her first birthday on Thursday, Aug. 14, with an “Under the Sea” party at Gigi and Papa D’s house with family and friends. Harper is the granddaughter of Danny and Kathy Smith, Elizabethton, and Rusty and Diane Collake-Pruett, Jefferson City.
