• Ronald Jay Collins, 38, 130 Wichita St., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Amanda Little on warrants charging him with 18 counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, paraphernalia possession and initiation of process of manufacture methamphetamine.
• Cory Tinker, 28, 124 US 321, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with domestic assault.
• Brandon Woodby, 23, 1400 Happy Valley St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Lt. Michael Bean and charged with trespassing.
