Silver Angels of Elizabethton was a favorite of Star readers in the health care category.
The company, located at 1500 W. Elk Ave., is a non-medical home care company that will customize their customers’ needs to better assist them with the quality of life they deserve. With their home delivered meals, personal care services and more, Silver Angers is a one-stop shop for all non-medical care needs.
The company serves Carter, Unicoi, Washington, Sullivan, Johnson and surrounding counties.
Among the services offered are: personal care; homemaker; companionship; home delivered meals; respite care (temporary relief for full-time caregiver); and lifeline personal emergency response service. It also provides assistance with shopping and errands, medication reminders, prescription pick-up, light housekeeping and more.
Silver Angels was created as an alternative choice to long-term care for seniors or disabled persons over the age of 21. The agency serves more than 700 members in Tennessee and are expanding to other states this year. We currently accept CHOICES members and private pay clients.
The leadership team includes Doug Hornsby, Randy Davidson, Susann Starrett, Teresa Clark, Lisa Griffin and Amy Eller.
