• Jody Guy, 44, 3339 Gap Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Paul Morrell on warrants charging him with two counts of violation of probation, failure to appear and a contempt attachment.
• Micah P. Roach, 23, 4622 Black Walnut Lane, Lure, Texas, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Cpt. Thomas Smith and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
• Larry Mitchell Lyons, 30, 225 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Wendy Holden, 41, 110 Lick Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Rodney Armstrong, 26, 258 North Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Lt. Kenneth Cornett on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
• Eligha Hampton, 18, 114 Hamilton Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Lt. Kenneth Cornett on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Joyce Tate, 35, 10860 Highway 67W, Butler, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. Nick Andes on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Leonard Eugene Bradley McInturff, 36, 823 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. Nick Andes on warrants charging him with sale of a controlled substance analog, violation of probation and failure to appear. He also served with an attachment pro corpus out of Juvenile Court. He was additionally charged with driving on a revoked license.
• Gregory Hicks, 28, 510 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on warrants charging him with identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
• Regina Tabor, 47, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. Nick Andes and charged with domestic assault.
• Jeremy Goodrich, 40, 179 Miller Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a capias charging him with failure to appear.
• Chancelor Sha Patrick Presnell, 22, 687 Hampton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on an indictment out of Criminal Court charging him with official misconduct and assault (bodily injury).
• Jeremy Matthew Sanderlin, 31, 109 Brown Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Jordan Clone, 18, 2704 Plymouth Road, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Patrick White charging him with driving on a suspended license and violation of the light law.
• Corey Slowey, 46, no address available, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer James Sexton and charged with public intoxication.
• Christopher Slowey, 44, 417 Barnett Drive, Kingsport, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer James Sexton and charged with speeding, violation of light law, violation of financial responsibility, second offense driving on suspended license, driving under the influence and resisting/obstruction of service of legal writ or process.
• Andrew Smith, 32, 145 Sunset Circle, Elk Park, N.C., was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Officer Ryan Brackett charging him with public intoxication.
• Jesse Sparks, 32, 406 McArthur St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Ryan Brackett on a contempt/child support attachment.
• James Perry, 54, 221 South Hills Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Sgt. Patrick White on an indictment charging him with aggravated sexual battery, two counts soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of indecent exposure victim under 13.
Jason Roberts, 39, 400 Pine Laurel Circle, Bristol, was arrested Friday by officers of the EPD and charged with theft – possession of stolen property, driving on a suspended license/multiple, and violation of open container law.
• Connor Hall, 21, 609 Birch St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Jon Frazier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Nicole Taylor, 30, 708 Eisenhour St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer James Sexton on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Bobby Thrift, 37, 130 King Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer James Sexton charging him with shoplifting and criminal trespassing.
• Albert Myrick, 64, 611 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with driving under the influence.
