An issue that has dominated not just the sports headlines, but also the national headlines over the last few weeks was painted in a positive light by NBC Sports Sunday night involving Elizabethton’s most well-known native.

Former Elizabethton High School legend, University of Tennessee standout and Dallas Cowboy future Hall of Famer Jason Witten was featured on NBC’s Sunday Night Football for his work with his SCORE Foundation in helping abused women and children in homes affected by domestic violence.
