• Christopher Winfrey, 26, 133 Hidden Oaks Lane, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Wayne Pritchard on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Jason Perkins, 40, 1704 East Millard St., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer James Sexton and charged with driving under the influence, violation of open container law, failure to yield to lights/siren, violation of light law and speeding – 20-plus mph over.
• Robert Floyd, 73, 1207 Falcon Lane, Summerton, S.C., was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with shoplifting.
