• Rebecca Vermillion, 37, 1294 Bluefield Ave., was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Christopher Reichenbach and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
• Dexter Whisnant, 32, 587 Shell Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Dana Guess, 30, 767 First Ave., Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy David Caldwell on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Anthony Nunley, 56, 871 Piercetown Road, Butler, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Deese and charged with driving under the influence and expired registration.
• Andrea Blackwell, 22, 772 Shell Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Cpl. James Deese charging her with shoplifting.
• Steve Humphrey, 24, 1415 Dry Creek Road, Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Jordan Ensor charging him with driving on a suspended license and improper turn.
