• Michael Vines, 42, 1706 Scenic Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Roger Brown and charged with public intoxication.
• Phillip Williams, 30, 1009 S. Second St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Freddie Nelson, 34, 809 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Rodney Hill, 26, 786 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Larry Burns, 22, 800 Swadley Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Robyn Willis, 33, 274 Bulldog Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of North Carolina.
• Justin Frazier, 24, 1357 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Krystal Goncalves, 21, 7134 Ditman St., Philadelphia, Pa., was arrested Friday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of Indiana.
• Michael Jones, 34, 116 Townsend Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Jennifer Seward, 45, 6689 E. Town Creek, Lenoir, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
