Police Beats for 10/21/2014

• Bradley Luken, 43, 348 Peters Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Nick Andes and charged with second offense driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and violation of the implied consent law.
• Joyce Wright, 66, 435 Beasley St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. Nick Andes and charged with first offense driving under the influence and violation of the implied consent law.
• Jacqueline Gillette, 35, 106 East Ninth Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Dustin Moss, 29, 570 Hamptons Crossroads, Cookeville, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on an attachment pro corpus out of Juvenile Court.
• Kelsey Payne, 22, 109 Oscar Banks Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Jenny Mullins, 32, 130 Josiah Trail, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Sgt. Nick Andes on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Mickey Campbell, 24, 225 Estep Hollow Road, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• David Gibson, 22, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy David Caldwell and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Naaman Buckles, 43, 1224 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer James Sexton and charged with first offense driving on suspended license, violation of light law and violation of financial responsibility. He was also served with an outstanding warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Christine Vorenkamp, 62, 1212 Valley St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Kenneth Hammitt, 54, 710 West H. St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Matthew Taylor and charged with driving under the influence and second offense driving on revoked license.
• Susan Donnelly, 38, 107 Archway Court, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons Friday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging her with theft/embezzlement.
