Police Beats for Oct. 25

• Christopher Casey, 37, 2416 Lakeview Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Captain Anthony Buck and charged with criminal impersonation, Schedule III drug violations and prohibited weapons. He was also charged with warrants for violation of probation.
• Stephanie Felice Merritt, 29, 109 Rome Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with criminal impersonation, driving on suspended fourth offense, failure to comply with financial responsibility law, speeding, headlight dimming requirements and violation of probation.
• Mickey D. Campbell, 24, 225 Estep Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with contempt.
• David M. Whaley, 47, 149 Little Stoney Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with being a fugitive from justice.
• Jerry Wayne Shell, 44, 148 Morgan Branch Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with third offense driving under the influence, third offense driving on revoked license and improper registration.
• Craig Perkins, 43, 195 Willard Perkins Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier on warrants charging him with aggravated assault and contempt and a capias from Criminal Court.
• Jonathan Paul Berical, 20, 115 Corn Maze Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.
