While Elizabethton and Sullivan South will battle for the Three Rivers Conference title down Highway 67 Thursday night, Johnson County and Sullivan East will be going at each other in a game that, in the grand scheme of things, has almost just as much riding on it.

The Patriots (4-2, 6-3) will be traveling to McEwen Stadium/Arnold Field to take on the Longhorns (3-3, 4-5) in a contest that means better playoff seeding and Johnson County maybe assuring its berth into the Class 3A playoffs.
