Happy Valley middle took it took Hampton but the Bulldogs didn’t cower. They forced the Warriors to take them the entire 24 minutes to gain a 45-41 victory on Wednesday night.

“You’ve got to give Coach Humphrey and Hampton credit,” Happy Valley coach Daniel Carder said. “They didn’t quit, which I knew they wouldn’t — and they got it going right there and we are very fortunate to hold on. But a win is a win.”
