Happy Valley Middle sweeps Providence Academy

The Jr. Lady Warriors had a stellar night as they defeated Providence Academy 46-9.
Happy Valley was led by a 16-point game by Adrianne Henegar, who was followed up by Morgan Jones with 11.
“I had ten scores tonight,” head coach Dana Hill said. “I am really pleased with how they played tonight. Tonight was eighth-grader night, and I want to say thank you to my five eighth graders for working so hard for the team.”
The Jr. Warriors also had a big game as they put a 49-32 stamp on Providence Academy.
Bryce Carter led Happy Valley as he totaled 21 points.
“We started out slow,” head Daniel Carder said. “They jumped out on us and was leading going into the first half. They had kid in who scored 23 points in the first half. We were able come out in the second half and hold him scoreless. The boys did a great job of handling the pressure.”
