• Carter County Schools are closed.
• Elizabethton City Schools are closed.
• Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) at Elizabethton is closed.
• Northeast State Community College is closed.
• East Tennessee State University is closed.
• Adult Day Services is closed
• Dawn of Hope is closed.
• Milligan Colleges is on a 2 HOUR DELAY.
