Roan Mountain park to hold Easter Egg Hunt

Roan Mountain State Park will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt event this weekend at the park.
The hunt will take place Saturday noon to 2 p.m. The event is for children ages 10 and younger.
Participants and their families are asked to meet at the Park Amphitheater. In the event of inclement weather the event may postponed, Acting Park Manager Ranger J.R. Tinch said.
“If it’s just a dusting we will probably go with it,” he said. “If it does snow we will postpone it.”
