• Robert Webster, 28, 809 S. Second St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Benjamin Blackwell-Peterson, 23, 534 Crowe Bottom Circle, Elizabethotn, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Robert Hughes on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Michael Dale Tester, 36, 458 Timberidge Road, Bluff City, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Capt. Jason Shaw and cahrged with cruelty to animals.
• Ronald Napier, 18, 908 Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Matthew Taylor and charged with theft and resisting stop/arrest.
• Jenica Jones, 35, 2236 Hillrise Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging her with shoplifting.
• Hubert Shepherd, 43, 2236 Hillrise Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging him with shoplifting.
