Police Beats for 07/08/2015

• Jackie White, 35, 154 Hart Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. David Caldwell on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Gerald Little, 28, 3121 W. Walnut St., Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSD Sgt. Larry Vaughn on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Joshua Walker, 33, 126 Dennis Cove Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with driving under the influence and sixth offense driving on a revoked license. He was also served with two outstanding warrants charging him with failure to appear by CCSD Lt. Penny Garland.
• Tammy Rhinehart, 37, 343 Double Island Road, Micaville, N.C., was arrested Monday by CCSD Sgt. Larry Vaughn on a warrant charging her with domestic assault.
• Chealsea Burem, 21, 1462 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Brian Smithpeters and charged with driving under the influence.
• Huston Hartley, 21, 149 Mill Pond Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on an indictment charging him with two counts of the sale of Schedule II drugs, a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a capias charging him with failure to appear.
• Richard Lovelace, 24, 197 Clay Little Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with public intoxication.
• Randall Davis, 18, 200 Mallard Cove Drive, Butler, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Officer James Sexton charging him with attempted theft/fraud.
• James Ledford, 36, 1368 Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with shoplifting.
• Brittany Russell, 21, 13517 Highway 67W, Butler, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging her with shoplifting.
• Lori Turner, 35, 108 Signal Lane, Erwin, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Officer Eric Buck charging her with shoplifting.
