• Tyler Potter, 18, 474 Whaley Town Road, Butler, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Brian Smithpeters on a warrant charging him with theft of property over $1,000.
• David Reece, 21, 474 Whaley Town Road, Butler, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with theft of property over $1,000.
• Raymond Hopkins, 36, 400 S. Sycamore St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Eric Buck and charged with vandalism under domestic violence.
