• Angela Fisher, 38, 203 Hidden Oaks Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• James Walton, 45, 510 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Scott Whitmire and charged with public intoxication and resisting stop/arrest.
• Ronald Kennard Napier, 18, 908 Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Cpl. Ryan Brackett on warrants charging him with six counts of theft of property.
• Samara Grindstaff, 19, 115 Ed Green Road, Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Officer Scott Whitmire charging her with possession of drug paraphernalia.
