 Ericka Whitaker, 24, 121 Starlight Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
 Ritchie Putnam, 29, 701 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Ryan Brackett on a warrant charging him with assault under domestic violence. Officers also issued Putnam a criminal summons charging him with third offense driving on revoked licenes and a loud muffler violation.
 Mary Smith, 65, 171 Imogene St., Butler, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier charging her with shoplifting.
 Aubrey Willis, 37, 123 Spears Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging her with shoplifting.
