• Jimmy Williams, 24, 1663 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Robert Hughes on two warrants for violating an order of protection and driving on a suspended license.
• Isaac Snapp, 21, 427 Highland Dr., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Deese on a warrant for failure to appear.
