Police department asks for help finding potential witness to crime

Investigators with the Elizabethton Police Department are asking for help in identifying the man shown in the surveillance photograph shown above due to him being a potential witness to a crime that occurred recently in the Milligan area.


Police are attempting to locate a potential witness to a crime and they are asking for the community to help them identify the man.
Investigators with the Elizabethton Police Department are investigating a property damage incident that happened Sept. 6 on Milligan Highway.
Video surveillance from a convenience store in the area captured an image of a white man who officers believe may have witnessed the incident. The man was riding a motorcycle at the time he visited the Roadrunner Market on Milligan Highway.
Investigators are asking this man, or anyone who might know who he is, to contact the Police Department by either calling the Tips Line at 423-542-7574 or the Criminal Investigations Division at 423-547-6250.
