• Naaman Buckles, 44, 1226 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Sean Huvane on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Brittany Reece, 24, 169 Village Square Lane, Mountain City, was arrested Friday by CCSD Sgt. David Caldwell on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. Officers also served Reece with an outstanding indictment out of Criminal Court.
• Gunnar Presnell, 21, 132 Sewanee Road, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy April Grindstaff-Price on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• John Stephens, 36, 217 Toll Branch Spur, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Lt. Keith Range and charged with second offense driving under the influence, second offense driving on a revoked license, violation of the implied consent law and public intoxication.
• Derick Rios, 26, 121 Hill Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. Larry Vaughn and charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault.
• Mark Greenwell, 39, 185 Old Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• James Siebenthal, 21, 109 Rosenbaum Private Drive, as arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain and charged with aggravated assault under domestic violence, domestic assault and resisting arrest.
• Nicole Silver, 23, 509 W. F St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Lincoln Orellana and charged with domestic assault.
• James Waddle, 44, 165 Bowman Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with domestic assault.
• Devon Guinn, 1002 7th St., Erwin, was arrested Saturday by officers of the EPD and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs.
• Clarence Frye, 20, 122 Stines Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Joe Brown, 47, 108 Billy Joe Drive, Hampton, was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. Ryan Brackett and charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain control of a vehicle.
• Joshua Reline, 33, 930 Embreeville Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Katrina Peters, 21, 165 Jackson Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Cpl. Ryan Brackett and charged with first offense driving on a suspended license and violation of the child restraint law. Peters was arrested on Friday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison and charged with second offense driving on a suspended license and failure to yield.
• Scott Peters, 30, 165 Jackson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Charlie Hughes, 20, 204 E. I St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer James Holland and charged with driving under the influence.
• Brittany Randolph, 27, 1275 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe and charged with public intoxication.
• William Griffin, 26, 30 Division St., Pittsfield, Mass., was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by officers of the EPD charging him with simple possession of drugs.
