Police Beats for 12/01/2015

• Jonathan Whitehead, 45, 114 Vanover Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Aaron Keever, 32, 126 Dennis Cove Road, Apt. D, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Ashley Galloway, 23, 116 Byrd St., Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Nicholas Richardson, 22, 222 Nave Hollow Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Phililp Williams, 31, 1009 S. Second St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Kevin Kemp on two warrants charging him with violation of probation.
Matthew Widner, 33, 2118 Highway 421 North, Mountain City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with aggravated burglary and theft of property over $1,000.
• Matthew Scott, 31, 911 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with driving under the influence and second offense driving on a revoked license.
• Brandon Lewis, 28, 133 Holston View Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton and charged with public intoxication, simple possession of Schedule III drugs, simple possession of Schedule IV drugs and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs. Officers also issued Lewis a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.
• Harley Blackwell, 20, 1318 Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier and charged with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility and violation of implied consent.
• April Greer, 39, 1755 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs charging her with third offense driving on a revoked license, failure to exercise due care and violation of financial responsibility.
