• Audrey Bennett, 33, 2516 Bob Little Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Zarra Reagan, 32, 1134 Grove Street, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Jonathan Simerly and charged with second offense driving under the influence, possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Trisha Williamson, 25, 117 Hightower Rd., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Justin Covington with a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Justin Ollis, 31, 3357 Avoca Drive, Bristol, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Christopher Reichenbach and charged with failure to show proof of financial responsibility and driving on a revoked license.
• Ted Gouge, 56, 112 Shadow Mountain Rd., Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with public intoxication.
