• Dinah Blair, 36, 407 Holston Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Jason Blankenship on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Joshua Reece, 31, 1141 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by officers of the CCSD on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Randall Davis, 19, 123 Scenic Drive, Butler, was arrested Sunday by officers of the CCSD on warrants charging him with burglary, disorderly conduct, two counts of simple assault and resisting arrest.
• Markeus Largent, 31, 164 Largent Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with fourth offense driving on a revoked license.
• Addie Osborne, 18, 301B W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Cpl. Ashley Rhymer on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Jenny Mullins, 33, 130 Josiah Trail, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Matthew Taylor on warrants charging her with violation of probation and failure to appear.
• April Metcalf, 36, 606 Pardee St., Johnson City, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Neal Smith, 51, 1238 Thomas Blvd., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. Officers also issued Smith a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.
• Jordan Young, 21, 1115 Arney St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs on three warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• William Stevens, 44, 130 Midnight Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Capt. Jerry Bradley and charged with driving under the influence.
• Brandon Woodby, 24, 1400 Happy Valley St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw and charged with second offense driving under the influence.
•Christopher Younce, 33, 1700 W. Elk Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with second offense driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and violation of the light law.
• Elizabeth Leonard, 35, 705 Well St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier charging her with driving on a revoked license and violation of the financial responsibility law.
• James Matheson, 26, 1263 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw charging him with third offense driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.
