• Crystal Dixon, 40, 192 Old Watauga Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little and charged with sixth offense driving on a revoked license.
• Benjamin Sheets, 26, 125 Dogtown Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Dec. 3 by CCSD Deputy Kevin Kemp on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
