• Garrett Smith, 29, 365 Elliott Road, White Pine, was arrested Monday by CCSD Cpl. Justin Clifton on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Chelsea Moore, 22, 107 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Sexton charging her with shoplifting.
• Justin Rose, 28, 4019 Timberlake Road, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton charging him with shoplifting.
