• Kyri Ann Nacos, 29, of Bluff City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Scotty Harvey, 27, of Mountain City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Elbert Stevenson and charged with second offense driving under the influence.
• Joshua Presnell, 33, of Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain and charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass.
• Michael Ryan Shepherd, 28, of Jonesborough, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Sgt. Brian Durham on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Samuel Mendez, 37, 506 E. Cottage Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer David Johnson and charged with driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
• Magda Townsend, 51, 219 South Hills Drive, Apt. B, was arrested Sunday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with simple domestic assault.
• Jimmy Dean Moffitt, 35, of Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Matthew Taylor and charged with violation of an order of protection, aggravated burglary and theft over $500.
• Sean Jamason Arnold, 42, of Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Sgt. Shane Darling and charged with criminal impersonation, resisting stop/arrest and being a fugitive from justice.
• Edmond Newhouse, 50, 236 South Hills Drive, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Cpl. James Deese charging him with shoplifting.
• Kellie Burkett, 43, 236 South Hills Drive, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Cpl. James Deese charging her with shoplifting.
