• Michael Kincaid, 34, 105 Mayflower Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Keith Range on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Jason Cavin, 29, 111 Rosenbaum Private Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Sgt. Larry Vaughn and charged with fourth offense driving on a revoked license. Vaughn also served Cavin with an outstanding warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Willie Harris, 52, 431 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Sgt. Larry Vaughn and charged with criminal impersonation.
• Carl Hardin Jr., 65, 130 Spring St., Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Samantha Maney and charged with second offense driving under the influence.
• Teddi Jilton, 28, 222 E. Maple St., Johnson City, was arrested on Dec. 23 by CCSD Sgt. Brian Durham on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Jesse Deloach, 32, 126 Otis Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Cpl. Brandon Stissell on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Duane Yeager, 27, 194 Stout Hollow Road, Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Johnathan Simerly on a capias charging him with failure to appear.
