• Amanda Edwards, 34, 208 Pioneer Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Mario Incollingo, 30, 505 Morrell Town Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on two outstanding warrants.
• Kerri Heaton, 35, 201 Witers Lane, Mountain City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Corban Lipscomb on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• David Blevins, 24, 121 Church St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Kelvin Peterson, 55, 182 Sycamore, Jonesborough, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Kenneth Blackerby, 45, 158 Christa Dive, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with violation of an order of protection.
• Andrew Gocial, 31, 194 Stout Hollow Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Austin Simpson, 19, 299 Roosevelt Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Mark McClain on warrants charging him with failure to appear, violation of probation and failure to report to serve jail sentence.
• Kenneth Leonard, 67, 3119 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Lt. Jeff Markland and charged with two counts of aggravated assault
• Lawrence Patterson, 31, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with assault under domestic violence.
• Jeffery Wilson, 26, 208 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Shane Darling and charged with violation of an order of protection and criminal trespass.
• Jose Mayse, 26, 112 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison and charged with public intoxication.
• Charles Johnson, 41, 1503 Garden Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with public intoxication.
• Emerson Weems-Collins, 22, 16 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers additionally charged him with resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Matthew Brosious, 22, 2140 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Ryan Brackett and charged with public intoxication and aggravated domestic assault.
•Brian Killen, 40, 2804 Windwood Drive, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer David Johnson charging him with public intoxication, criminal trespass and unlawful inhaling.
• Oscar Tabora, 25, 1188 Old Stoney Creek Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer Eric Buck charging him with driving without a license, violation of financial responsibility and failure to exercise due care.
• Marlene Scott, 55, 157 Russell Hill Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging her with driving on a suspended license.
• Christopher Ludwick, 32, 537 Jena Beth Drive, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Officer David Johnson charging him with driving without a license, expired registration, violation of financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of Schedule III drugs and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
