• Kim Garland, 56, 702A Johnson Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Jeremy Hall, 26, 1205 Thomas Boulevard, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on an Attachment for Failure to Appear out of Juvenile Court.
• Timothy Vicards, 22, 497 Hooker Road, Blountville, was arrested Monday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department and charged with driving on possession of Schedule VI drugs, driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility and speeding.
• Desmond Johnson, 36, 714 S. Watuaga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by officers of the EPD and charged with third offense driving on suspended license.
