• Timothy Guinn, 36, 195 Stout Hollow Road, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on an indictment charging him with 28 counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Michael Danner, 37, no address available, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Kenneth Lowe on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Robert Jordan, 54, 1209 Division St., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw and charged with driving under the influence, second offense driving on a suspended license, misuse of evidence of registration and violation of financial responsibility.
• Terry Wallace, 22, 3242 Pine Orchard Road, Butler, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce and charged with second offense driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license.
