• Jonathan Goodwin, 37, 120 Hillside Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Cpl. Brandon Stissell and charged with assault.
• Jamie Ferguson, 47, 2373 Forge Creek Road, Mountain City, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Sexton and charged with driving without a license, violation of light law, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of Schedule II drugs.
• Taylor Henry, 18, 1544 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with public intoxication.
• Brandon Lewis, 29, 133 Holston View Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of Schedule VI drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
• Kayla Tenge, 28, 652 Palmer Lane, Roan Mountain, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton charging her with shoplifting.
