• Timothy Shell, 56, 216 Willow St. Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Therese McKinney, 44, 114 Milligan View Road, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Mark McClain and charged with driving under the influence.
• Clara Rickishia Olver, 27, 1205 Thomas Boulevard, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Lt. Jeff Markland and charged with introduction of contraband into a penal facility, possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• William Edward Deloach, 31, Charleston Square Apartments, Apt. 53, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Special Agent Brian Fraley and charged with accessory after the fact (harboring a fugitive).
