• Kimberly Street Honeycutt, 40, 103 Forest Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license. Officers also served Honeycutt with warrants charging her with failure to appear and violation of probation.
• Jacob Hampton, 28, of Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham on warrants charging him with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and failure to appear.
• Korane Moore, 43, 509 W. F St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Matt Patterson on warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Roy Shipley, 61, 199 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Lt. Jeff Markland and charged with driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and violation of financial responsibility.
• Derek Vanhoy, 38, no address available, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Lt. Jeff Markland and charged with domestic assault. Officers also served Vanhoy with a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Raul Leon, 40, 22 Davey Road, Cullowhee, N.C., was arrested Saturday by Elizabethton Police Department Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with driving without a license, violation of financial responsibility, failure to obey a traffic control device and improper turn signal.
• Joshua James, 34, 128 Church St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
